Former Indian President Dr.Abdul Kalam who was on an official four- day visit to Sri Lanka will conclude his visit today.
The Ministry of External Affairs reported that the Former Indian President travelled to Jaffna yesterday.
During his visit to Jaffna Dr.Abdul Kalam attended a special lecture at the Jaffna University.
In addition, the Former Indian President also had held talks with representatives of Tamil political parties.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs, Dr.Abdul Kalam had also inspected a number of project initiated by Indian Funds.
Dr. Abdul Kalam who arrived in the country on the 20th of this month also attended an event held in lieu of the Trilingual Year of Sri Lanka.
